First year program in Arts, Science or Social Science with a 020E-099E level History course and two other courses as principal courses.
To be eligible to progress in the Honors History program, each student must achieve at least 70% in two of the three mandatory history courses at the 200-level (234E, 236E and either History 231E or 232E or 233E).
In addition, students must have an average of at least 70% in the three mandatory courses with no grade less than 60%.
After the first year, nine Honors History courses, as principal courses, and six options, approved by the Department, are required for a degree in Honors History. These courses must include:
