Kinesiology 021 plus four courses numbered 001-099 selected from at least two of the faculties of Arts, Science and Social Science and including one full-course equivalent in each of four different subjects. (Two half-courses in different subjects may be substituted for one full course). Biology at the first year level is also required, if OAC Biology or equivalent has not been successfully completed.

To progress to second year, it is recommended that students obtain 70% on the five full courses selected. As well, students must achieve a principal course average (Kinesiology 021 plus three additional courses) of at least 70% with no grade lower than 60%.
