The Honours Specialization in Foods and Nutrition prepares students for employment in food and nutrition careers, e.g., food service management and distribution, population and community health, and food industry. Graduates may also pursue advanced study in areas such as Public Health, Community Development, Education, Food Science/Safety, Hospitality Management and others.
Students are encouraged to seek academic advising at Brescia University early in the program, especially if they intend to combine the Honours Specialization with a Major or Minor in a complementary field.
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% with no grade below 60% in the following courses:
